Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Shipping, where it applies, is added at checkout. We do our best to keep menus, prices and photos accurate, but mistakes happen; if we can't fill an order as placed, we'll contact you and refund what you paid for anything we can't provide.

Pickup orders and pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid in full when you order and picked up at the Coffee House on the day and time you choose. To change or cancel a pre-order, call us as early as you can.

Room bookings

Rooms are paid in full when you book. To change or cancel a booking, call us or reply to your confirmation email.

Coffee we ship

Coffee is roasted to order and ships after our weekly roast. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. If your coffee arrives damaged or something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

Catering and the truck

Catering and Coffee & Treat Truck requests on this site are requests for a quote, not bookings. Your event is confirmed once we've agreed the details with you and you've paid the invoice we send.

Coffee subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions are managed through our Shopify store, and its terms apply to them.

Using the site

The words, photos and logos on this site belong to Cerulean Blue or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Don't misuse the site's forms or try to interfere with how the site works.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Cerulean Blue isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
