The Coffee & Treat Truck

Bring the coffee house to your event.

Our Coffee & Treat Truck sets up for offices, churches, schools and parties. Ask about it in your quote request, on its own or with catering.

Large event coffee catering

Coffee for a hundred guests, or five thousand.

We bring full-service coffee to churches, conferences, weddings and schools. Last Christmas we served every one of a local church's Christmas services.

We bring everything it takes to serve: insulated Cambro containers, cups, lids, milks and sugars. Every large event is planned around yours, so tell us the date, the place and about how many people, and we'll send you a quote.

Questions

Good to know before you book.

The Coffee & Treat Truck

How long does the truck stay?

Every truck event runs at least 2 hours. Events longer than 8 hours may have overtime fees.

How much space does it need?

The truck is about 24 feet long and serves from the passenger side. It needs at least 10' x 30' of clear, flat space to set up and serve safely, plus room for a line in front of the truck.

Does it need power?

No. The truck runs on its own generator. If you'd rather we didn't run the generator, we'll need a 50-amp, 4-prong RV hookup.

Who pays for the drinks?

You choose. Guests can pay for their own, you can host with an open tab, or you can host with package pricing, prepaid on a ticket system.

Is there a minimum?

Truck events have a revenue minimum of $275 an hour. If guests pay for their own drinks and sales come in under that, the host covers the difference.

How do I hold my date?

With a $275 deposit, which goes toward the cost of service, and a signed event contract.

Catering

How much notice do you need?

Usually 72 hours, and rush orders are available. Orders for 100 people or more need more notice.

Do you deliver?

Pickup at the coffee house is standard. Delivery is by special request, depending on staff availability, with a mileage fee.

Can you do something custom?

Yes. We do custom menus, elevated events and full-service catering with our staff on site, from Thanksgiving lunch to hors d'oeuvres at fundraising events. Custom events are quoted one at a time.
