This policy explains what Cerulean Blue LLC ("Cerulean Blue", "we") collects through ceruleanblue.com, why, and what we do with it. Questions? Call us at (469) 464-4373 or use our contact form.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a catering quote, book a room, place an order, ask a question or sign up for emails, we keep what you type: your name, email, phone, organization, event details and your message.
• Orders and bookings. What you ordered or booked, when, the pickup or shipping details, and the amount paid.
• How you found us. When you send a form, it carries the page you first landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which ads and posts are working.
• How the site is used. Our own visit counter notes which pages you view, how far you scroll, what you click and how long pages take to load, so we can fix what's confusing. It sets two cookies on ceruleanblue.com: a random visitor ID that lasts 90 days and a session ID that ends after 30 minutes away. We may also record some visits to see how people use a page; these recordings hide everything typed into forms, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are never recorded. We never see what you type until you send a form.
• Other analytics. We may also use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) to see which pages and ads help people find us. These tools can set their own cookies. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal skip the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Payments

Payments on this site are handled by Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe's secure checkout page, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. Coffee subscriptions and some account pages are still served by our Shopify store, which follows Shopify's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare your order or event, and send confirmations and updates about it.
• To send our emails if you signed up for them. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
• To run and improve the website and our marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the site and fill your order: our website host, our email provider, Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for coffee we ship, and the analytics tools above. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and booking records as long as we need them for our business and tax records, and form messages as long as they're useful for following up with you.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call us or use our contact form and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
